The Adalia lemon, also known as the Eureka lemon, is a prominent citrus variety cultivated in Egypt. It features a classic bright yellow skin, yellow flesh, thick white pith, and contains few seeds. The fruit has a medium-thick, firm rind and skin, with very tart juice and a fragrant, oily peel. A characteristic feature is its pronounced blossom-end knob.
